I'm Trish, a proud mom whose children have grown up, but the magic of their childhood birthdays lives on. For years, I poured my heart into creating elaborate, whimsical birthday parties that were the talk of the town. My daughter always told me her friends looked forward to her parties all year long—because they were truly magical.
Inspired by those joyful experiences, I founded Moonlight Magic Glamping to bring that same sense of wonder and creativity to your special events. Our mission is
twofold: to introduce the enchanting world of glamping to our local community and to inspire a wider audience with the beauty and flair of meticulously styled parties.
We've created free styling guides for any theme you can dream up, so you can bring your vision to life with ease.

For Moonlight Magic Glamping, a company that provides a sleepover experience for children aged 5 to 12 years old, the core values and principles are:

Terms and Agreements - DIY Parties
Damages
The client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the client at full replacement value. Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Moonlight Magic Glamping will result in assessment of charges and billing to the Client. There should be no sharp objects that may puncture the air mattress. Please no jumping on air mattresses and no sitting/standing on tray tables. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the tent area.
Locations
We are happy to execute your event at the location of your choosing. However, in the event that you choose a hotel or clubhouse, please be advised that you are responsible for all fees associated with a different location. Should the venue you choose to deny us access, your payment will be forfeited except your deposit, which will be returned.
Photography
Should you agree that Moonlight Magic Glamping may photograph your event in the party agreement,Moonlight Magic Glamping reserves the right to use the photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Moonlight Magic Glamping, in perpetuity, and for other use by Moonlight Magic Glamping. However, we respect your privacy and should you not like your party photographed, we will refrain from doing so or photograph within your stipulations. At no point will names, ages, or addresses or personal information be used.
Event Execution
Each Moonlight Magic Glamping party is unique. Exact decor, party favors, and fabrics are subject to change slightly based upon product availability. We strive to update our event designs frequently to keep them fresh and unique. We will always present a unique event, even if exact details vary slightly from things that are depicted on our website. Any major changes will be communicated to you in advance of your event. If there is something you have seen on our website that you want at your event, please ask. We may be able to accommodate you.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
If your party needs to be canceled due to an illness or family emergency, we will do our best to reschedule your party to a new date and time and your deposit will be applied to your new party. It is your responsibility to make your guest aware of the party date change and/or cancellation. If we cannot reschedule your event your $100 deposit is non-refundable. We reserve the right at any time to cancel party agreements due to the safety of our staff or conflict between parties.
Liabilities to Third Parties
Moonlight Magic Glamping assumes no responsibility or liability for any claim for personal injury, death, accidents, loss or damage to property. Insurance is the Client's responsibility during the rental period. In the event the damage or loss of Moonlight Magic Glamping inventory and/or damage or loss to the party's location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Moonlight Magic Glamping is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the rental equipment, fabrics, or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. In case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.
