Local Booking Questions
Deposit
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with Moonlight Magic Glamping. This deposit will be applied to your total balance.
Final Payment
The final payment for your event is due 24 hours before the party setup. Failure to make the payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, please note that the $100 deposit is non-refundable. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your event, subject to availability.
Setup & Breakdown
Setup typically takes between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity and details of your party setup. Breakdown of the setup usually takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

How Does It All Work?
DIY Parties

  1. Choose your theme - If its one of our pre-made themes we can provide the decor!
  1. Click the Booking link at the top! (Make sure you read the terms and conditions!
  1. We'll pack up your party!
  1. Arrive at our location and we'll provide you the materials for a great party!
  1. Return the party items back to our location the next day!
